Shabari Naturals: Packaging System

Project Introduction:
Shabari Naturals is a brand created for the tribal producer communities of Maharashtra, including farmers, foragers and artisans behind products such as Mahua, honey, millets, rice, cashews and chironji. Developed to position these products for premium urban markets, the identity draws directly from indigenous visual traditions rather than interpreting them from outside. Created in collaboration with tribal artists, the packaging uses Warli, Gondi and Chitrakathi art alongside original mythological narratives to build a distinctive system rooted in culture, authorship and place.
