Safa Gavankar
Safa is interested in how objects can guide behaviour, create curiosity and build emotional connection. Her work explores everyday products with added layers of interaction that turn simple actions into engaging experiences. As a core member of Young Designers India, she also contributes to collaborative initiatives connecting academia with industry. Her approach combines clarity of thought with precision in execution, shaped in part by the discipline and awareness developed through her experience as a karate instructor and 3rd Dan Black Belt.
