Rohan Harita

Project Introduction:
Rohan Harita is envisioned as an urban sanctuary where architecture and ecology exist in harmony. Spread across approximately 8.5 acres in Tathawade, Pune, the development is planned around mature trees, biodiversity and generous open spaces, with nearly four acres dedicated to gardens and landscaped experiences. Inspired by the philosophy of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, the project brings together biophilic planning, wellness and community living to create a residential environment where people can meaningfully connect with nature as part of everyday life.
