Nora’s Cantina at Novotel Goa Panjim captures the essence of Spanish and Portuguese heritage through its architecture and interiors. Framed by graceful arches and bathed in natural light from expansive glass windows, the space feels open, airy, and inviting. Traditional blue-and-white ceramics pay homage to Portuguese tiles, while rustic wooden ceiling beams and patterned tile flooring add warmth and authenticity. Illuminated shelves showcasing ceramic accents enrich the texture of the space, complemented by subtle pops of red floral patterns on the carpet. The thoughtful fusion of textures, colors, and cultural motifs creates a homely yet sophisticated Iberian dining experience.
