The Hyundai Motor India Pune Plant transforms a former General Motors manufacturing facility in Talegaon into a next-generation production campus. Spread over 1.2 million sq. m., the project reimagines the factory as a living landscape where manufacturing, ecology and workplace community coexist. Through user-centred landscape planning and circular resource strategies, it restores degraded ecological systems while improving everyday employee experience, establishing a regenerative model for the future of industrial environments.
