This project transformed two adjoining apartments at Oberoi Skycity, Borivali East, into a unified 2,200 sq. ft. home that is both pragmatic and stylish. With design optimised to the client’s lifestyle, the space achieves a seamless balance between flow and efficiency. Overlooking the lush Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the residence offers a rare blend of urban sophistication and natural tranquility, creating a home that feels expansive, functional, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
