For Grihum Housing Finance, the challenge was to transform a fragmented lending ecosystem into a unified, customer-first digital platform. Serving semi-urban and peri-urban India across 209 branches in 18 states, the new Loan Origination and Loan Management System brings multiple workflows, user roles and decision points into one scalable experience. Designed for low-connectivity and high-context environments, the platform reduces complexity, improves visibility and supports faster, more consistent lending journeys.
