Project Introduction:

The title animation for Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par was crafted using the clay animation (stop-motion) technique, bringing a tactile, handcrafted charm to the film’s opening. Spanning 20 seconds, the sequence featured smooth, pre-planned transitions designed for accuracy and visual coherence. Shot against a green screen, the background was dynamically transformed from white to yellow in post-production, enhancing the vibrancy of the clay figures. This meticulous blend of stop-motion artistry, precise pre-visualization, and digital compositing resulted in a captivating title sequence that set the tone for the film’s heartfelt narrative.
