Project Introduction:
Portable handheld pipe bevelling machines are commonly used for weld edge preparation by manually feeding a rotating tool with a ratchet or handle. However, for production requirements, this manual operation can lead to operator fatigue, decreased efficiency, and reduced tool life due to inconsistent feeding. To address these challenges, FABMAX has designed and manufactured an Auto-Feed OD Clamping Pipe Bevelling Machine. This machine automatically feeds the cutter head to the pipe being bevelled, ensuring consistent operation, reducing operator fatigue and improving tool life.
