Project Introduction:
Hindustan Unilever Limited partnered with Red Baton to redesign the capability of small scale grocers though a series of e-B2B and B2C apps. Consumer and merchant loyalty programs are the backbone of the ecosystem. The Shikhar app by HUL is an internal order fulfillment system for retailers focused on being a one-stop shop for all their inventory needs. The app also aims at bringing transparency to pricing, offers, and schemes and empower the merchant through direct engagement.
