The concept of Lucid Dreaming dates back a thousand years, yet it’s only been 30 years since it was scientifically validated. The idea behind Lucid Dreaming is to help people become more aware of their dreams, enhance human potential and live a better life. It also aims to improve mental health well-being and increase creativity in professionals. Lucid Reality is a mobile app which helps users realize the power of lucid dreaming. It helps novice users learn lucid dreaming and intermediate users practice lucid dreaming. We designed and developed the mobile experience of the Lucid Reality app and it’s one of our most gratifying works so far.
