Project introduction:

A unique gamified workshop designed by Gaatha Design Studio in collaboration with C4i4 to train 18,000 employees of Tata Motors through their newly revamped Cultural Pillars. As cultural transformation takes a long time and needs support, we strategically designed a workshop, aided by workshop kits, a facilitator’s app, an employee stories app, and an impact portal, all stitched together with one single brand strategy and brand identity.
