Project Introduction:
With 14 levels and equipped with 500 beds, Naruvi Hospitals is one of the largest healthcare facilities in Tamil Nadu. As their design partner, we helped create empathy driven and patient-centric design solutions for all of their communication touchpoints. We identified ways to evaluate, design, and enhance the performance of 250+ artefacts in healthcare that a patient comes across. By introducing a dialogue of care in all, we helped improve their journey towards wellbeing.
