Evelyn – A Modern Penthouse
Project Introduction:
In designing this 4,200 sq.ft. duplex apartment for a multigenerational family, the idea was to craft a modern, luxurious, and multi-functional home environment. The meticulous layout features five bedrooms, a lounge area, an open terrace, as well as essential living and dining spaces. Each element is carefully considered to accommodate the diverse needs of the family members, ensuring comfort and functionality throughout the space. The primary focus for this project is product innovation as a part of luxury home interiors, including a custom ombre-finish bar unit, a unique mandir and resin lounge chairs, and other bespoke furnishings. Statement lighting fixtures and bespoke furnishings add character and visual interest to the home, elevating its appeal and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
