Project Introduction:
Petrol engine-driven Rail Drilling Machines (RDM) are typically used for drilling holes in rail tracks. However, in some areas, it’s challenging to obtain petrol, while electric power is more readily available. Additionally, tasks like drilling and cutting are often carried out in yards, where using petrol engines can be unnecessary and pose environmental risks. With the growing emphasis on reducing pollution, even the automotive industry is shifting from gasoline engines to electric versions. Responding to this need for a cleaner environment, Broachcutter has developed RATTLER Electric, a Light Weight Rail Drilling Machine (LWRDM) that operates on electricity.
